Bouchon & Financiers
Mini tea cakes. Small in size...big in flavor. Bouchons are cork sized chocolate bites with chocolate chips. Financiers are rich and tender almond bars, named for their resemblance to little gold bars.
(From OPEN - 2:00 PM ) We call them "sandwiches". But, really, they are finely crafted dishes showcasing seasonal and local ingredients alongside our amazing bread. Served with a salad or kettle chips.
