Pain de Mie
The artisan version of classic soft white sandwich bread. Enriched with butter and milk for a tender interior and a soft crust, this is ideal for childhood classics like grilled cheese, pb&j, or buttered toast. Terrific for French toast too!

Bouchon & Financiers
Mini tea cakes. Small in size...big in flavor. Bouchons are cork sized chocolate bites with chocolate chips. Financiers are rich and tender almond bars, named for their resemblance to little gold bars.
(From OPEN - 2:00 PM ) We call them "sandwiches". But, really, they are finely crafted dishes showcasing seasonal and local ingredients alongside our amazing bread. Served with a salad made from Growing Power greens (or other side as noted).
Scrambled Yuppie Hill eggs topped with housemade melting cheese on a toasted ciabatta roll, with a choice of lemon aioli or sriracha mayo. Add Berkshire ham or cherrywood smoked bacon for a hearty upgrade.
Sliced all natural mesquite turkey breast, with tomatoes, Carr Valley aged cheddar, herb pistou, and lemon aioli, on fresh Tosa Sourdough.
Bell & Evans all natural chicken breast, tossed with house mayo, celery, onions, dijon mustard, and tarragon, topped with parmesan, served on a toasted ciabatta roll.
Jones Dairy Farm cherrywood smoked bacon, with tomatoes, Romaine lettuce, fresh herbs, and house mayo on toasted Pain de Mie. Add scrambled eggs to make it a BELT.
