Bring Rocket Baby Bakery home for Thanksgiving! Order today for pickup on Wednesday, 11/26. All orders must be placed by 11/19. You may order on this site or in person or by phone.
Due to the high volume of the day, we cannot accept pre-orders for items not on the special menu. On the pickup day of 11/26 we will have plenty of regular menu items available in person and online, as well as a limited supply of holiday items.
About Us
Rocket Baby Bakery offers artisanal breads, pastries, and sandwiches made fresh daily. We pour a variety of coffee drinks and teas.
We bake a variety of artisanal and pastries fresh daily. Highlights include fruit and cream cheese danishes, chocolate and plain croissants, French macarons, baguettes, and sourdough breads. Our bakers take pride in working with artisanal methods that allow time for flavors to develop, and involve inutition and the experience of the baker’s hands, all to meet our high standards.
We create our baked goods from scratch using familiar ingredients such as unbleached flour, butter, cane sugar, whole milk, heavy cream, eggs, and natural vanilla. We rely on our fine Wisconsin vendors to source as many of these ingredients as we can.
This care extends the cafe offerings: scratch made soups, sandwiches on fresh baked bread, our ever popular breakfast sandwich, and a wide variety of coffee and tea drinks sourced from Andodyne Coffee and Rishi Tea.
